We don't accept returns on buyer remorse or personalized products, but we gladly accept returns if your item arrived defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

We have 14 days refund policy, which means you have 14 days to contact us and report any issues with your items after being received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at or using the Contact us form on the website. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will need the following information to start the process: 

-Original order number

-Description of the error

-Pictures of the damaged items (ideally both the product and the packaging)

If your return is accepted, we will contact you to confirm if you want a new item(send to you immediately at no extra cost) or a refund.
