To Complete Your Return:
1-Check the attached file for the return label (sent to you by email).
2-Print your shipping label:
Use the return label sent to you by email; please bring it to a carrier location for assistance if you cannot print it.
3-Pack up your return:
Place your item(s) in new packaging or use the one sent to you. If you use the old package, mark out any older addresses and bar codes. Then, tape up your box and affix your return shipping label to the outside.
4-Drop off your package at a USPS carrier location near you. Once it ships, use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress.

5-Once the package has arrived, we will issue you a refund to the original account used to purchase the item.
We will refund you only the item cost (tax and shipping costs are not included).
